CONTACT Job Description Basic Functions and Scope of Responsibilities Non Student Bartender is responsible for ensuring an excellent guest drinking experience. They will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Will need to lift up to 25lbs in boxes. Principal Responsibilities The responsibilities of the Bar Tender include but are not limited to: Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
Check patron's identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies night of show (alongside the Bar Back)
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Keeping up with fast paced service for pre-show and intermission for theatrical events
