Kotecki's Grandview Grove is not just a venue; it's a place where memories are made. Nestled in a picturesque setting, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating beautiful, memorable events. We value teamwork, respect, and accountability in everything we do.Duties:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in a timely manner
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions according to company policy
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensure their satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math
- Experience with banquet or event bartending is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate effective time management
