Responsibilities:

Mix drinks. Prepare garnishes. Observe and enforce bar policies and state liquor laws. Advise customers regarding a wide variety of drinks. Learn recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods for a variety of mixed drinks. Deliver drinks to customers at the bar. Be familiar with state liquor laws. Keep bar area clean and tidy. Keep manager updated on inventory needs.
