About us Bleu Island Restaurant & Bar is a small business in Freeport, NY. We are fast-paced, customer-centric, social and our goal is to provide everyone that comes through the door with excellent customer service while at Bleu Island.

Mix drinks. Prepare garnishes. Observe and enforce bar policies and state liquor laws. Advise customers regarding a wide variety of drinks. Learn recipes, ingredients, and preparation methods for a variety of mixed drinks. Deliver drinks to customers at the bar. Be familiar with state liquor laws. Keep bar area clean and tidy. Keep manager updated on inventory needs.Job Type:
