Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, hard working bartender to join our team at Grist! This is a part time position with roughly 2 shifts available each week and the opportunity to potentially pick up shifts. Pay shown does include tips. Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes. Customizing drinks based on guest preferences. Ensuring proper garnishing and presentation. Engaging with guests and making drink recommendations. Creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Monitoring intoxication levels and serving responsibly. Keeping track of liquor, mixers, and bar supplies. Restocking ingredients and maintaining cleanliness. Checking expiration dates and maintaining quality control. Keeping the bar area clean and organized. Washing glassware and ensuring all tools are sanitized. Following safety and sanitation regulations. Processing drink orders accurately. Handling cash and card payments securely. Keeping tabs on guest orders for accurate billing.
