Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop new beverage recipes and creatively present drinks to elevate guest satisfaction Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure seamless service Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify legal drinking age at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairing when necessary Handle cash handling procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy in retail math and cashiering tasks Contribute to a lively atmosphere by managing bar flow during busy hours and nightclub events Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or hospitality environments with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and craft beer Skilled in POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions swiftly and accurately Demonstrated expertise in mixology, beverage recipe development, and serving techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; retail math skills are a plus Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Hospitality industry experience that includes catering or food industry familiarity is advantageous Join us as a Bartender where your passion for drinks and exceptional service will create unforgettable moments for our guests!
