We're looking for a Bartender who sees beverages as a full-spectrum craft approached with genuine curiosity, proven skill, and imagination. D F W is a lounge, not a traditional restaurant. Our F&B program is intentionally focused: a carefully edited selection that is approachable, surprising, nourishing, and designed to complement the rhythm of the space. We're especially excited to work with someone who is kind and confident behind a bar, takes their work seriously, connects with people authentically, knows their way around classic cocktails and coffee service, but is equally interested in the broader world of beverages. As a member of the FOH team, you will play an integral role in maintaining our low-key, high-brow atmosphere: welcoming, kind, and relaxed. You are professional, attentive, efficient, and steady whether service is quiet and conversational or fast-paced with a line. Your contributions will help shape a beverage program with an inspired sensibility: thoughtful and refined without taking itself too seriously, with room for both a perfectly made classic and a surprisingly complex house soda. You'll be welcomed to propose and lead beverage-focused events or activations, collaboratively developed with the team and scheduled as it fits within the broader D F W calendar and brand guide.
