Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines, craft beers, and spirits, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience Process cash transactions accurately, handle credit card payments, and manage cash register operations with integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address guest needs promptly Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management skills while maintaining high-quality service Upsell menu items confidently to increase sales and promote specials or new offerings Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption levels Experience Proven experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub exposure Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Demonstrated expertise in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and spirits handling Familiarity with beverage recipe development and presentation techniques to elevate guest satisfaction Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience working with food safety standards and handling cash transactions accurately using retail math principles Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a lively environment Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations; previous retail or catering experience is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality experiences! Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week Application Question(s): Are you available for ALL DInner shifts (3:30-9:30PM Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) and ALL Lunch shifts (11AM-3:30PM Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat).
