Waiter/Bartender

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Waiter/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with precision and integrity Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations Assist with food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure health standards are upheld Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales potential Support catering, banquet, or nightclub events as needed, providing seamless service in various settings Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members to deliver smooth operations Requirements Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast POS or Square POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous Basic understanding of brewing processes or beverage preparation is desirable Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
