Hospitality is just as important as the food at Lola's. We look for bartenders who help create memorable experiences, learn guests' names, and build relationships at the bar and throughout the dining room. Making our guests feel welcome and comfortable is the most important part of the job. This is a tipped position. Duties Take responsibility for the guest's bar experience and create a welcoming atmosphere Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine efficiently and consistently Suggestively sell cocktails, specials, and menu items Ensure all drinks leaving the bar meet quality and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and assist with glassware and service needs as required Handle service tickets accurately and efficiently for both bar guests and dining room service Communicate effectively with staff and guests to enhance the overall experience Experience Previous bartending experience required Familiarity with food and alcohol safety standards required Experience using POS systems such as Toast is a plus Strong knowledge of cocktails, liquor, beer, and wine Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure required
