The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders and answering questions about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS, while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Monitor customer behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment for all patrons. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies, as well as helping with ordering when needed. Skills Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with retail math to assist in managing inventory and understanding sales trends. Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, for efficient order processing. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques to craft high-quality drinks. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members alike. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
