Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure all beverages are stored according to food safety standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with integrity. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless service during busy hours and special events like catering or private parties. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS. Strong knowledge of cocktail mixing, beverage recipe development, and mixology techniques. Proven ability in wine knowledge, spirits expertise, craft beer experience, and food safety practices. Excellent customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest engagement. Demonstrated proficiency in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred; familiarity with hospitality industry standards is essential. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate processing of transactions.
