Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy. Assist in food service operations when needed, including serving food at bars or during special events like banquets or catering functions. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies; restock as necessary to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining settings, nightclubs, or hospitality environments; banquet experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts; nightclub or catering experience is advantageous.
