Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock and placing orders as needed. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service best practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, including banquets and catering events. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours.
