We are a Michelin Guide recognized, New York Times reviewed restaurant with 25 years in Westchester. Our guests know food and they know wine, and they come back because the people here take genuine care of them. It's a busy room with high standards, but it's a good place to work — the team is tight, the guests are appreciative, and people who do this job well here do very well. Please read this part carefully. This is not a serving job or a bartending job. It is both. You run tables and you make the drinks, within the same shift. We do not have a dedicated bar — cocktails are built in a compact prep area while you're also taking care of your section. If you only want to serve, or only want to bartend, this isn't the right fit, and that's completely fine. If you like doing both and you're good at both, keep reading. What you'll do: Take care of your tables — guide guests through the menu and make genuine recommendations Build cocktails, pour wine, and pull beers in a compact prep area Know the wine, beer and cocktail list cold and speak to it confidently Upsell naturally — it's a real part of the job and a real part of your income Pitch in with bussing and making coffee when the room needs it Hold the standards that have kept this place respected for 25 years What we're looking for: Real serving experience in a busy, quality-focused room Genuine wine, beer and cocktail knowledge — you can pair a wine and build a classic from memory Someone who upsells well and enjoys it, because it comes from knowing the product Comfortable doing both roles in the same shift, in a simple setup, without a full bar Warm, positive energy — guests feel it and so does the team Takes direction well. Our owners are hands-on, present, and direct about details. The right person stays steady and doesn't take it personally. Reliable availability Wednesday through Sunday, including nights and weekends
