Thank you I can't wait to meet you! We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft and serve a variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your expertise in mixology, beverage presentation, and beverage recipe development will elevate the guest experience and contribute to the lively environment of our establishment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your bartending skills while engaging with diverse patrons in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and craft innovative cocktails to keep the menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages or maintenance needs to management. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service during busy hours. Skills Proven experience in bartending within fine dining, nightclub, or catering environments with strong cocktail mixing skills. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, beverage recipe development, and mixology techniques. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during high-volume periods. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage guests professionally and warmly. Familiarity with food handling procedures, food safety standards, and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in bar management or hospitality industry roles is a plus; previous nightclub or banquet experience is highly desirable.
