• 2-10 Finney's Arcade & Parlor is looking for a dependable, outgoing and organized Full-Time Bartender / Manager to help lead our Downtown Canton location.

This is not just a bartending position. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of the bar, lead staff, handle customers, keep the operation organized and make sure Finney's runs smoothly when ownership is not on site. Finney's is a unique arcade bar featuring pinball, classic arcade games, skee-ball, cocktails, beer, private events, leagues and special events. We want someone who enjoys working with people and fits the fun, laid-back atmosphere while still taking the job seriously. Responsibilities Bartend and provide friendly, efficient customer service Open and close the business Supervise and help lead staff during shifts Maintain staff schedules and assist with shift coverage Handle cash drawers and nightly closing procedures Monitor bar inventory and assist with ordering Keep the bar, customer areas and workspaces organized and clean Help coordinate private parties, leagues and special events Address customer concerns professionally Maintain company policies and service standards Help create a positive atmosphere for customers and employees Identify problems and handle routine issues without needing constant direction What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience strongly preferred Previous management, shift-lead or supervisory experience preferred Reliable and punctual Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable working independently and making decisions Organized and detail-oriented Able to lead employees while also working alongside them Comfortable handling cash and basic inventory Ability to work evenings, Fridays and Saturdays Ability to remain calm and professional during busy shifts Must be able to work in a fast-paced bar and entertainment environment We are looking for someone who takes pride in the place they work, notices when something needs done and handles it. If you need someone standing over your shoulder telling you what to do next, this probably isn't the position for you. Compensation $10-12 per hour based on experience, plus direct bartending tips / Event commisions Full-time hours are available.
