Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills. Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times during serving and bartending activities. Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling processes; process payments swiftly and correctly. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar counters, dining spaces, and ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in catering events or banquets when needed. Skills Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle inquiries professionally. Experience in casual dining environments or banquet settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours. Familiarity with the food industry's standards for hospitality, brewing processes (if applicable), and serving techniques in nightlife or restaurant settings.
