Our space caters to theatergoers, downtown professionals, and guests seeking an exceptional cocktail experience. We take pride in creating a warm, elevated atmosphere that reflects the vibrancy and sophistication of Cleveland's cultural district. Position Overview We're looking for an experienced, service-driven Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for craft cocktails, thrives in an upscale yet welcoming environment, and takes pride in delivering an unforgettable guest experience. This role requires precision, creativity, and professionalism — both behind the bar and with guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and spirits to the highest standard of quality and presentation Deliver warm, engaging, and professional service to guests before and after performances Maintain an expert knowledge of our cocktail menu, seasonal ingredients, and wine/spirit selections Provide thoughtful recommendations to enhance the guest experience Handle transactions efficiently using our POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during high-volume service periods Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Qualifications Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume cocktail bar Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktail techniques Excellent communication, hospitality, and multitasking skills Professional appearance and demeanor — poised, polished, and approachable Availability for evenings, weekends, and show nights
