The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately. Provide friendly and efficient service to guests at the bar and dining area. Take beverage and food orders and enter them correctly into the POS system. Recommend cocktails and other beverages based on guest preferences. Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout each shift. Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures. Process cash and card payments accurately. Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service. Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies as needed. Qualifications Previous bartending or cocktail-service experience preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Comfortable working in a busy restaurant and bar environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
