The ideal candidate has strong beverage knowledge, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in creating a positive guest experience. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately. Follow drink recipes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation. Take beverage orders and provide knowledgeable recommendations. Provide attentive service at the bar and to restaurant guests. Operate the POS system and process payments accurately. Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout each shift. Monitor beverage supplies and assist with restocking. Verify customer identification and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures. Work closely with servers and management during busy periods. Qualifications Previous bartending, mixology, or beverage-service experience preferred. Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, professional, and punctual. Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
