Job Summary Arch City Tavern is seeking an experienced Lead Bartender to help oversee bar service while providing an engaging and professional guest experience. This position supports daily bar operations, maintains beverage standards, and helps guide the bartending team during busy shifts. Responsibilities Lead and support bartenders during assigned shifts. Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately. Maintain consistent drink quality and presentation. Train and assist bartenders with service procedures. Monitor bar inventory and communicate replenishment needs. Handle POS transactions and cash accurately. Keep the bar clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with opening and closing responsibilities. Address guest questions and service concerns professionally. Follow responsible alcohol-service and safety requirements. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or bar. Lead or supervisory experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Excellent customer-service and communication skills. Ability to remain organized during high-volume service. Reliable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work effectively as part of a hospitality team. Pay:

$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 34.0 per week
