In this role, you will craft and serve a wide variety of beverages, provide exceptional customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth service during busy hours Requirements 3+ years of bartending experience proven experience as a bartender in fast-paced environments such as bars, restaurants or nightclubs Strong knowledge of mixology principles, cocktail recipes and spirits Familiarity with POS systems Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service Upbeat and outgoing personality, willing to speak/interact with customers Able to lift 20 lbs.
