Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations for transactions. Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist in catering or banquet events when needed. Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and alcohol service policies. Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclub or restaurant settings. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or restaurant environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately. Previous banquet experience or catering background is a plus.
