Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods, including banquets or special events. Uphold food safety standards and maintain compliance with health regulations. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments. Familiarity with retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices. Experience in the food industry is beneficial, with an understanding of food safety practices. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
