Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and basic math calculations Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to ensure smooth service flow Assist with food service and serving duties as needed during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively Effective time management to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform retail math, handle cash handling accurately, and manage sales transactions seamlessly Experience with food industry standards such as serving, catering, brewing, and food safety protocols Join us to craft exceptional experiences through your bartending expertise!
