Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently and responsibly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management promptly Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management skills during busy daytime hours Skills Proven experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions smoothly Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment Previous food service or restaurant experience. Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking during busy daytime shifts Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling of food and beverages Experience in beverage recipe development and creating appealing drink presentations Familiarity with cash handling procedures, basic math skills for accurate transactions, and retail math understanding Nightclub or banquet experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality industry growth is valued Join us as a Parttime Daytime Bartender where your passion for hospitality meets energetic service!
