Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; handle cash handling with integrity. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and assist with beverage recipe development to keep offerings fresh and innovative. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment; address any issues promptly and escalate when necessary. Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service flow during busy periods, including catering and banquet events if applicable. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments or high-volume venues such as nightclubs or banquet halls. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer styles, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; excellent basic math skills for processing transactions accurately. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Experience in food handling, food safety standards, and beverage presentation is highly preferred. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts; multitask efficiently in fast-paced environments.
