As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to standard recipes while ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your role will be crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience for our patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of beverages and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service during busy periods. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing retail math skills as necessary. Stay informed about new drink trends, menu items, and promotions to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred; experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with brewing processes is a plus but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age required by local laws) to serve alcohol. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential traits for success in this role.
