The ideal candidate is comfortable in a busy neighborhood tavern and has strong knowledge of classic mixed drinks and bar service. Responsibilities Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages accurately. Follow recipes while maintaining consistent drink quality and presentation. Take beverage orders and provide helpful recommendations. Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests. Operate the POS system and process payments accurately. Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized. Monitor beverage supplies and assist with restocking. Verify identification and follow responsible alcohol-service procedures. Work closely with other bartenders and restaurant staff during busy shifts. Qualifications Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Comfortable working evenings and weekends.
