Duties Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including bar cleaning, glassware washing, and general sanitation to meet food safety standards Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes from the bar and dining areas promptly to keep the space inviting and organized Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of supplies and moving stock safely around the venue Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and ensuring food safety compliance in line with restaurant standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and order processing accurately Assist with venue beverage service during busy nights or special events, ensuring timely delivery of drinks and maintaining high customer service standards Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service needs and ensure a positive guest experience Requirements Prior experience in food service, bartending, or hospitality environments is highly preferred; experience in nightclubs, banquet halls, catering, or hotel settings is a plus Knowledge of bar cleaning procedures, food handling safety protocols, and beverage service standards Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies or equipment safely Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and guests Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience working in fast-paced venues like nightclubs or large events is desirable A positive attitude with a focus on customer service excellence and teamwork Join us as a vital part of our hospitality family!
