Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Experienced Bartender to elevate our guests' experience through exceptional beverage service and expert mixology. In this role, you will craft innovative cocktails, recommend wine and spirits, and deliver outstanding customer service in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and provide personalized service that enhances their experience. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, tools, and supplies, in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage bar inventory by tracking stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep the menu fresh, exciting, and aligned with current trends in craft beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits. Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure seamless food and beverage service during busy hours or special events like banquets or catering functions. Uphold high standards of customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while managing multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management skills. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality venues with a strong foundation in mixology. Extensive knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail recipes, beverage development, and food safety protocols. Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service standards. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty. Previous experience working in food service environments like restaurants or catering settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling procedures, cash handling procedures, retail math skills, and basic math for accurate order processing. Experience with beverage recipe development and an understanding of hospitality industry best practices are preferred.
