We are looking for a hardworking, polished, and team-oriented Busser / Barback to join our fine dining restaurant team. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive to detail, and understands the importance of providing exceptional service in an upscale dining environment. Responsibilities Assist servers and bartenders with maintaining a smooth and efficient service Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and discreetly Keep dining areas, service stations, and bar areas clean and organized Stock glassware, plates, silverware, beverages, and bar supplies Assist with running food and beverages Support servers and bartenders throughout the shift Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation Follow all restaurant, safety, and sanitation procedures Work collaboratively with the entire front-of-house team Qualifications Previous restaurant, barback, busser, or hospitality experience preferred Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is a plus Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be available for evenings and weekends.
