Be at least 21 years of age. Arrive to work on time with a good attitude. Be coachable. Work well with both guests and fellow employees in a fast pace multitasking environment. Have a proper knowledge of both food and drink items as well as specials. Assess guests needs and make recommendations accordingly. Taking, entering, and delivering food and drinks orders for the bar and tables. Taking, entering, and packing to-go orders. Accept guest payment, process credit card charges. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar at all times. Rotating and stocking inventory on a daily basis. Performing side work as well as the daily and weekly cleaning schedule. Maintaining proper balances in registers as well as change box. Set up and or breakdown of all tables and bar upon open or close of the business day. Ability to work when scheduled including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Able to fill-in as needed and directed by supervisor.
