Job Description
With 70 beers, 250 whiskies, and a plethora of other things to eat and drink, the Loyal Legion family is looking for motivated and experienced bartenders to be a part of our team in Beaverton. We are looking for a strong candidates who are positive and professional, with excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to work nights/weekends and some holidays.
You MUST have bartending experience to apply! We are a fast-paced, close knit team looking for a few more individuals to round out our roster. Current shifts available are Friday and Saturday evenings with in-times that may rotate weekly (4pm-12am, 5pm-1am, 6pm-2am, and 7pm-3am) depending on business needs. Ability to pick up mid week depending on business needs.
Skills and QualificationsPrevious experience as a Bartender in a bar/restaurant or similar setting.in-depth knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, their ingredients, and proper preparation techniques, as well as knowledge of various beer styles and spirits.proficient in creating classic and innovative cocktails, as well as the ability to adapt to customer preferences and special requests.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and making change.
Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and experience handling transactions.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Current Food Handler s permitCurrent OLCC permitFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
