Club Rouge Beaverton is looking for an energetic, outgoing Model Server/Bartender to join our nightlife team.

We re looking for someone who is confident, personable, polished, and knows how to create a great guest experience. This is a high-energy, guest-facing position where personality, presentation, hospitality, and sales ability are all important.

Responsibilities include:

Providing friendly, attentive, high-energy serviceTaking and delivering food and beverage ordersServing cocktails, beer, wine, and bottle serviceEngaging with guests and helping create a fun, upscale atmospherePromoting specials, premium drinks, and bottle serviceMaintaining a clean and organized service areaWorking closely with bartenders, entertainers, hosts, security, and managementHandling payments accurately and responsiblyFollowing OLCC regulations and all Club Rouge service policiesBartending experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong serving experience, personality, and the right attitude.

We re looking for someone who is:

Outgoing, confident, and comfortable interacting with guestsProfessional and dependableSales-minded and motivated to make moneyComfortable working in a fast-paced adult nightclub environmentAvailable nights and weekendsAble to maintain a polished, nightlife-appropriate appearance while workingMust be 21+ and able to obtain/maintain a valid Oregon Alcohol Service Permit.
