Job Overview Join our team as a Bartender at Salute Restaurant & Bar, where your energy and passion for hospitality will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this role, you will serve food and beverages with enthusiasm, craft signature cocktails, and deliver exceptional customer service in a lively environment. OLCC service permit required. $18/hour plus tips, including 2% of net sales from the floor. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS. Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests regularly and addressing their needs promptly. Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and POS transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy with retail math and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food handling standards. Assist with food delivery from kitchen to tables or designated areas during busy hours or events like private parties. Uphold responsible alcohol service practices at all times, ensuring guest safety and adherence to licensing laws. Restock wines and liquor, Liquor inventory. Skills Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours. Previous experience in fine dining settings is preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol service protocols. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately.

Pay:

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
