Job Overview We are looking for a new Bartender to fill our ranks at Handlerbar! We need someone who can sling amazing drinks in a fast paced environment. We would like to find someone who is fun, friendly and energetic to compliment the customers at our ride up sidewalk bar top. We are looking for a hard working individual who is a team player and who is also self sufficient. Applicants need to be available weekend and weekday shifts. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner while taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences Use POS systems, Toast. Ensure all food safety and food handling standards are strictly followed during beverage preparation and serving Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health regulations Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment; respond promptly to any issues or emergencies Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a restaurant, nightclub, or hospitality setting; fine dining or banquet experience is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced environments while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills including retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus Must be at least 18 years old and have an OLCC permit.
