Part-Time / Full-Time Kickstand Coffee & Kitchen is looking for an experienced, dependable bartender to join our team. We're looking for someone who is friendly, confident behind the bar, and comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment. You should be able to provide great customer service while keeping the bar clean, organized, and running smoothly.Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar
- Restock beer, wine, liquor, mixers, and supplies
- Follow responsible alcohol service and OLCC requirements
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Help maintain a positive, fast-paced work environment
What We're Looking For:
- Bartending or restaurant experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask and stay organized
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Weekend and evening availability
- Current OLCC permit or ability to obtain one
