Job Description
We re looking for an experienced cocktail Bartender to shake things up with us at the Hoxton Portland.
What you'll do...Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselvesMagic up whatever the mood calls for, from your comforting standards to masterful cocktails that change with the seasonsWork with the rest of team in keeping things spic & span and running smoothlyThis position will be trained in all food and beverage outlets including the Lobby Bar, Tope, 2NW5 and other hotel event services.
What we're looking for...Previous bar tending and particularly cocktail making experienceYou're looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits herePassion for hospitality whether that s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the nightYou re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experienceYou're not precious. Located in Portland s Old Town Chinatown, in an iconic building with an incredible history dating back to 1906, our Portland home has 119 bedrooms, a rooftop restaurant and basement bar, as well as our meetings & events concept, The Apartment.
