Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, knowledge of Lottery, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Experienced bartender preferred. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and ready for service. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments, Lottery sales, and providing change. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events such as banquets or special occasions. Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations and promote responsible drinking. Keep up-to-date with drink trends, menu changes, and new products to enhance the guest experience. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and restaurant policies. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in bartending or food service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing, including Lottery. Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. A passion for mixology and willingness to learn about new drink recipes and techniques. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations.
