Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Assist with catering events and banquets as needed, ensuring timely service and attention to detail. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist with ordering when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is required, particularly in fine dining or high-volume establishments. Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with retail math for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest interactions. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of various drink recipes, cocktail mixing techniques, and beverage trends is a plus.
