In this dynamic role, you will craft innovative cocktails, serve beverages with enthusiasm, and provide exceptional customer service in a lively environment. Your passion for mixology and beverage presentation will elevate our bar offerings, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused setting. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Requirements Proven experience in bartending, mixology, or beverage service within the hospitality industry Knowledge of POS systems including Clover POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and positively Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, and sanitation standards Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking between serving drinks, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for inventory management, and accurate bill splitting Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, cocktail recipes, beverage recipe development, brewing processes, and mixology techniques Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor that fosters guest loyalty
Pay:
$15.55 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 36.0 per week
