Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Manage cash register operations using POS system, accurately handling transactions and cash handling procedures. Greet guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling regulations at all times. Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing detailed product knowledge about beverages and food offerings. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events like catering or large parties. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service environments Familiarity with POS systems Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours.
