Owner Position Overview:

Primary responsibility of this position is to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. The goal is to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers. These duties may be described as, but not limited to: Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Create Daily Specials hand in hand with management Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Complete all side work in the front and/or back of the house as assigned and scheduled by the members of the management team This job description is not an exclusive or exhaustive list of all job functions that an employee in this position may be asked to perform from time to time.
