Job Description

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to take orders from patrons, ring in orders, prepare drinks correctly and return these orders in a timely manner Ability to authorize and issue complimentary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix which is part of internal control section 465a.7 Responsible for following all cashiering policy and procedures particularly with accuracy and safeguarding of funds, i.e. cash, comps, credit cards, etc. Responsible for, but not limited to, the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replace bottles on Berg System, replenish juice used at bars Maintain all areas clean including bar mats and coolers, empty garbage, and mop floors Ensures the proper service of alcohol by following the current laws of the state and the policies of the company Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with/or without the aid of a calculating device Any other assigned duties and responsibilities Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED equivalent Six months' experience in cocktail service, bartending or bar back Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification Must complete all required company training
