What You'll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards Provide warm, attentive service to members and their guests Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked bar Support banquets, golf outings, and private events as needed Handle transactions accurately and follow all responsible-service and PLCB guidelines Minimum two years of bartending experience (restaurant, hotel, club, or event venue) Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits A polished, member-focused approach to service Reliability and flexibility across day and evening shifts Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Pennsylvania; RAMP certification a plus (or willingness to obtain) About the Opportunity Manufacturers' Golf & Country Club is seeking experienced part-time bartenders to join our Food & Beverage team. Private club bartending is a different craft than restaurant or bar work. Instead of a rotating cast of strangers, you serve a consistent membership — people whose names, drinks, and preferences you come to know over a season. The pace allows for real hospitality rather than volume for its own sake, and the work spans everything from a quiet afternoon at the bar to member dinners, golf outings, and private events. For bartenders looking to build a career in F&B, it's an environment that develops service instincts and relationships you won't get anywhere else. Our season runs March through December , and the club is closed in January. Availability on weekends and holidays is a plus. Schedule We offer flexible scheduling built around two shift types: Shift Hours Day 9AM to 4/5PM Evening 4PM to 10PM
