We are on the hunt for someone to help drive strategic initiatives that strengthen customer engagement and elevate our brand visibility. With your solid planning and organisational skills you will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape, overseeing CARTERS' multiple digital channels across social media and web platforms, ensuring alignment with our trade customers and brand. About the role This role is based at our National Support Office in East Tāmaki where you will join a collaborative and supportive Marketing team, working alongside the Trade Marketing Engagement Manager to: Drive digital aspects of the CARTERS business developing , implementing and maintaining brand and customer strategies across promotions, initiatives, events and social media campaigns Maintain content across multiple platforms that align with our trade customers and brand Execute email campaigns with functional workflows and database segmentation Provide creative digital solutions with best practice methodologies for websites, applications and campaigns Monitor and analyse performance on various digital platforms and campaigns, providing insights, analytics and identifying opportunities to support growth, engagement and ROI Process customer feedback and digital enquiries via email and social media Contribute and coordinate marketing and IT digital initiatives and projects Produce engaging digital communications to enhance the customer experience Enhance and refine customer journeys and touchpoints About you As a digital guru, you'll succeed in this role with the following skills, experience and values: Customer centric digital specialist who knows their way around the online space Expertise in digital marketing channels and implementing digital marketing campaigns Experience in content management systems

•PPC, Programmatic / Display and paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) Marketing experience with a degree in Digital Media Communications or relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing / Business Information Management A self-motivated team player who has high creativity, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, and is organised to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in grammar with strong proofreading and editing skills for content and storytelling An eye for emerging digital trends with a passion for discovering new applications Operate Adobe Creative Cloud applications Understanding of social media campaigns and marketing compliance requirements Knowledge of WeChat
