Company Overview Dobbin House Tavern is a high-volume casual fine dining restaurant located in the historic building of Gettysburg, built in 1776. Our establishment offers a unique dining experience with costumed servers and period antiques, serving a diverse menu across three distinct dining areas. Summary As a Service Bartender at Dobbin House Tavern, you will be an integral part of our team. This role is essential to enhancing our guests' experience while contributing to the rich history and ambiance of our restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Primarily working evenings in our service bar. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting needs to management. Support banquet services as needed during special events or large gatherings. Qualifications Proven in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of drink recipes. Familiarity with POS systems. Understanding of food safety standards and practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions.
