Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, following established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and build customer loyalty Manage bar operations efficiently by processing cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure stock availability Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours and special events like banquets or nightclubs Requirements Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments with a strong knowledge of mixology and beverage presentation Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle challenging situations gracefully Strong knowledge of spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, cocktail recipes, and beverage recipe development Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail Experience with food handling, food safety protocols, and proper sanitation practices in a food industry setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management Previous experience in hospitality industry roles such as food service or restaurant work is highly desirable Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the venue's operating hours Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional drink experiences!
